This guide will help Cubeler members connect their QuickBooks Desktop accounting software with Cubeler-Link™.

Sign in to your Cubeler account.

On the dashboard of the Cubeler Business Hub™, click on the 'Activate Cubeler-Link™' button in the top left of your screen.

On the Cubeler-Link™ screen, fill in your:

Industry Type
-
Business Category
-
Company Creation Date
-

Scroll to the bottom of the page and select QuickBooks Desktop.

Enter the accounting number related to the four fields provided: Inventory, Interest Expense, Amortization/ Depreciation Expense, and Income Tax Expense. You won't be able to download the Cubeler-Link™ without entering this information.

Click 'Download Cubeler-Link™.'

An install file will appear on the bottom left screen of your browser. Double-click the file titled 'cubelerlink.exe.' You can also find this file in your computer's Downloads folder. Note: This step may require to input the Admin password of the computer.

Once the installer begins, choose your preferred language and click 'Ok.'

Follow the steps on the installation wizard and click 'Install.'

Once the installation is complete, click 'Finish.'

A Cubeler-Link™ icon will appear on your desktop once the installation is complete. We recommend leaving it on your desktop for quicker access. Doing this will allow you to connect to Cubeler-Link™ monthly.

Open the desktop icon and click 'Let's begin' on the prompt to complete the setup.

On the setup window, enter your Cubeler credentials and click 'Connect.'

Select a company from the dropdown menu. If you would like to connect more than one company to the Cubeler Business Hub™, complete the process for each company and return to this screen to add any other entities.

Next, launch QuickBooks Desktop and open a session for the company you want to connect to Cubeler.

Click 'Next' in the Cubeler-Link™ setup window. This action should open a new QuickBooks Desktop window.

Choose 'Open a Company' and click 'Ok'.

In the Cubeler-Link™ window, click 'Next.'
- Enter your QuickBooks Desktop credentials and select the path to your QuickBooks company file.
- When the 'QuickBooks - the application Certificate' window comes up, select "Yes, always allow access even if QuickBooks is not running" then click "Continue".
- You will now see the 'Access Confirmation' page pop out. You may click 'Done'.
- Once you've clicked 'Done' you'll be redirected to the 'Link accounting software' page.
By clicking on 'Link' you have now successfully connected to 'Cubeler-Link'.
You will see Cubeler-Link™ activated and the synchronization date once the setup is complete.
You can manually upload data from previous months or years by going into the 'Add Data' section on the left. You can also unlink your account software in the 'My Company' section and delete or add organizations.
